Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collecting, processing and analyzing data to identify trends, provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making
- Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources. Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and templates that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Stay updated on best practices in analytics, insights, and foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with business needs and drive strategic actions
- Support the development and implementation of the organizations data strategy
- Identify consumer trends, market shifts, and emerging signals from multiple data sources
- Manage and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and insights
- Support preparation of recurring and ad-hoc insights reports for management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities and decision-making
- Foster a culture of quality, documentation and continuous improvement
