What Will You Get to Work On?

As a member of the Implementation & Analytics team, you will:

SQL Development: Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.

Reporting & Dashboards: Create advanced reports and dashboards using SQL, stored procedures, and other reporting tools.

Database Maintenance: Develop and maintain database structures, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

Performance Optimization: Optimize database performance by tuning SQL queries and indexing to handle large datasets efficiently.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand analytics requirements.





Process Automation: Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

What Do We Expect From You?

Core Skills: Proficiency in SQL (window functions, stored procedures) and MS Excel (advanced Excel skills).

Core Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.

Tech Exposure: Java/Python experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Stakeholder Communication: Robust communication skills to interact with customers and understand their requirements.

Ownership: Capable of working independently with minimal guidance, showcasing self-reliance and initiative.

Automation Exposure: Previous experience in automation projects is preferred.
