About Cosma Fertility

Cosma Fertility is India's first non-hormonal, technology-led fertility care brand. We are backed by IIT Bombay research and CDSCO-approved. We have been recognised in Forbes India, won the National Startup Award, and were a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee. Our flagship device, FertiGen, is changing how India thinks about fertility care.

1 in 6 Indian couples face infertility today. Most current solutions are hormonal, invasive, expensive and emotionally punishing. We are building a full-stack, non-hormonal, patient-first alternative.

The Role

This is a 0-to-1 role in our Founder's Office. You will own Cosma's direct-to-consumer growth engine end to end: brand story, category education, performance marketing, website, content, marketplaces and community. You will sit next to the founders, own a P&L; line, and help shape the team as we scale from 5 to 30 people.

What You'll Own

- Brand voice, positioning and category education for fertility in India
- Performance marketing across Google, Meta and emerging channels
- Content strategy: SEO, patient education and myth-busting




- Website conversion and the D2C funnel, end to end
- Marketplace strategy across Nykaa, Amazon, 1mg and Flipkart
- Influencer / KOL programs and community building
- Customer retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value

Who You Are

- 3-6 years at a D2C brand, femtech / women's wellness brand, or health-tech consumer platform
- Fluent with numbers (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, retention), and you have owned these metrics, not just watched them
- Have shipped brand launches or category-education campaigns end to end
- Comfortable with fertility as a category: you find the mission energising, not awkward
- An ownership mindset, high tolerance for ambiguity, and a habit of shipping at 70% and iterating
