We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Cyber Security Admission Manager to lead the admissions process for Cyber Security courses. The candidate will be responsible for managing the counselling team, driving student admissions, developing leads, and achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the Cyber Security admissions and counselling .
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle high-value and priority student enquiries personally.
- Guide counsellors on effective counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Monitor daily leads, calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, registrations, and admissions.
- Maintain and monitor CRM, Google Sheets, and admission reports.
- Develop lead-generation opportunities through colleges, seminars, workshops, digital campaigns, and corporate/academic partnerships.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, training partners, and other institutions for student acquisition.




- Ensure proper documentation and smooth completion of the admission process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education sales, counselling, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in selling Cyber Security, IT, Technical, or Skilled Certification courses will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve admission/sales targets.
- Good understanding of CRM and lead-management systems.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, presentations, and student counselling.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
