- Coordinate and manage CHA (Customs Broker) activities.
- Support import and export customs clearance processes.
- Follow up on customs clearance status and resolve related issues.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery after customs clearance.
- Coordinate with transporters and other logistics partners.
- Check and manage customs and transportation documents.
- Monitor shipment progress and update customers/internal teams when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or logistics.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with CHA, freight forwarding, or logistics companies is preferred.
