Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries through email, phone calls, and chats in a timely and skilled manner.
- Verify documents and perform data validation to resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, and other reports for issue resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas (VLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
