We are looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Executive to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth. The role involves frequent field visits, customer interactions, lead generation, product/service promotion, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Conduct frequent field visits to meet customers and generate current business opportunities.

- Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.

- Present and explain products/services to customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

- Support customer onboarding and post-sales activities.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

- Monitor market and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular reports on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience in sales, customer relations,



business development, or a related field can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.

- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Knowledge of the Bangalore market is an advantage.

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.

- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience can apply
