We’re Hiring | Customer Support Manager

At MYDESIGNATION, we’re looking for a Customer Support Manager who can take ownership of our customer experience and build a high-performing, responsible, and customer-focused support team.

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support / Customer Experience, preferably with team-handling experience

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Lead and manage the Customer Support team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Build solid processes and ensure the team follows them consistently.
- Track key customer support metrics such as response time, resolution time, CSAT, and ticket backlog.
- Handle critical customer escalations with ownership and professionalism.
- Identify recurring customer issues and work with relevant teams to improve processes.
- Coach, guide, and motivate the support team to improve performance.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Logistics, Retail,



and other teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on customer concerns and team performance.
