We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice-based customer service process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting-related issues.
- Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or above
- Experience: 0–5 years




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Age: 18–30 years
- Languages: English & Hindi mandatory
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- BPO experience preferred
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
