Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally through chat and calls.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
- Record and update customer interactions correctly.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong written English and typing skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable with both Chat and Voice support.
