We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide proper assistance through calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
