Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About Mingrow Mingrow is a Business Operating System designed to help businesses manage their day-to-day operations through software. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can assist customers with software-related queries and provide effective solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
- Understand customer issues related to software and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide customers on using Mingrow's software and its features.
- Troubleshoot basic software-related issues.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Learn and stay updated with new software features and updates.

? Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. qualification is mandatory.




- Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of software and computer applications.
- Basic understanding of software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand and explain software features clearly.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Lucknow office.
- Must be ready to attend a walk-in interview.
