Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹2.52 LPA – ₹3.40 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shift (Mostly Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high service standards.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international clients.
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow process guidelines.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills; CEFR B2 level preferred .
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation ₹2.52 LPA – ₹3.40 LPA (CTC)
