Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for a USA-based Doctor-on-Call inbound process. The selected candidates will handle inbound calls from US customers, understand their requirements, provide appropriate assistance and ensure a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from customers in the USA.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance as per process guidelines.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Accurately update customer information and call records.
- Follow process guidelines, scripts, quality standards and workflows.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for escalations and further assistance.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Participate in training, coaching and process updates.





Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US customers over the phone.
- Strong listening, comprehension and customer-handling skills.
- Typing speed of 70 WPM with minimum 95% accuracy.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in USA / rotational shifts.
- Graduate preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Freshers are not eligible for this position.
