Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, printers and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty parts.
- Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, drivers and email.
- Manage and support network infrastructure – switches, LAN cabling and Wi-Fi.
- Attend user complaints promptly and courteously; handle client staff professionally.
- Log all calls,



follow up till closure and escalate critical issues to the senior engineer.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and keep service records updated.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate any stream or Diploma in Engg certificate course in hardware engineering
- Minimum 5 years as a Desktop & Network Engineer or in a similar role.
- Good hands-on knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of networking basics: TCP/IP, LAN, switches and Wi-Fi.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
