Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with Fintech product inquiries, account-related queries, and issue resolutions via a mix of voice calls and written support (Semi-Voice).
- Provide high-quality service while maintaining compliance with process guidelines and resolution SLAs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through effective, polite, and prompt communication.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender:
Male candidates only (as per operational needs)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process / Customer Service within the BPO sector (Mandatory).
- Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or Any Graduate.
- Languages: Excellent spoken English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Work Arrangement:
- 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off
- Rotational Shifts (Day/Night shifts with free meal support)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
