About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and qualified Customer Service Executive with fluent English to support our US-based customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries for our translation company, making sure every interaction is handled clearly, politely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via [calls / chat / email]

- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally

- Provide accurate information about our products and services

- Maintain records of customer interactions in our system

- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed

- Meet quality and response-time targets

Requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)

- [Graduate in any stream / 12th pass]

- Clear communication and good listening skills

- Willingness to work night shifts (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)

- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office / Google Workspace)

- Freshers welcome / Minimum 1 year(s) of customer service or international process experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
