Customer Service Representative (Hotel) | Work From Home | US Shifts

About the Role

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for a reputed US hotel brand. You'll be the voice of the hotel for US guests, handling reservations, service requests, and concerns by phone, chat, and email, to the standards of a US-based hotel operation.

Responsibilities

- Handle guest calls, chats, and emails for a US hotel brand
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Resolve guest complaints calmly, professionally, and independently
- Use PMS/reservation systems and document every interaction
- Deliver a guest-first experience that meets US hotel service standards

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Exceptional spoken English. Near-native clarity and fluency, assessed in a live interview.



Candidates who don't clear this round will not be considered.
- 2-5 years of hotel or hospitality experience (front desk, reservations, guest relations, concierge, night audit, resort operations)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, guest-focused approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts
- Own laptop/desktop, headset, and stable internet with backup

Positive to Have

- Experience with Opera, Maestro, or similar PMS
- Exposure to US or international hotel brands
