​Key Requirements:

- ​Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience is mandatory.
- ​Experience in Customer Support and Upselling.
- ​Telecom process experience will be relevant.
- ​Candidates must be comfortable working from the Bengaluru location.




- ​Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts.
- ​Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills required.

​Compensation & Benefits:

- ​Salary: Up to 30% hike based on experience and previous fixed pay. Final salary range will be discussed during the interview.
- ​Cab Facility: Available within a 30 KM radius and within city limits.
