We are hiring for Customer service for freight forwarding Industry

Location- Mumbai

Experience - 3+ years salary - 3.6 Lakhs per annum based on experience

Experience in Customer Service within Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics.

Handle customer queries related to bookings, shipment status, schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation, Customs, Finance, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Transporters, CHA, and Overseas Agents.

Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.

Proactively communicate delays, schedule changes, and operational issues.

Coordinate booking confirmations, arrival notices, delivery updates, and relevant shipment documents.

Follow up on pending documents and customer requirements to avoid shipment delays.

Handle customer complaints and service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.





Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in ERP/TMS systems.

Prepare shipment status reports and customer-specific MIS reports.

Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for invoices, credit notes, and billing queries.

Ensure customer requirements and service levels are met within agreed timelines.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including international customers and overseas agents.

Robust knowledge of Import & Export processes, Sea Freight and/or Air Freight operations.

Good understanding of shipping and logistics documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
