About The Role Urgent opening for Yatra Travel Process at Cogent E-Services, Gurgaon. We are looking for energetic candidates to handle travel-related customer support queries. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with flight/hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and resolve complaints on calls.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Versant Level: V4 V5 required.
Freshers and Experienced both are welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
