Role Description As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the key link between our Sales, Operations, and clients. You will ensure a smooth client experience—from onboarding and documentation to portfolio servicing, communication and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Sales–Operations Coordination

- Act as the key coordination point between Sales, Operations and clients from sign-up to active investment.
- Collect, verify, and track KYC, account-opening and investment documents; follow up until completion.
- Maintain the onboarding tracker, provide status updates and proactively flag delays or bottlenecks.

Client Servicing

- Communicate with clients regarding portfolio updates, statements and transaction confirmations.
- Handle queries related to Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits and PMS; coordinate specialised requests with the relevant team and ensure closure.
- Draft and manage transparent, professional client communications and emails.

Relationship Management Support

- Schedule and manage client meetings with Key Account Managers, including calendars, confirmations, reminders and meeting preparation.
- Record meeting outcomes and follow up on agreed action points until completion.
- Keep client records, interaction logs and service requests updated in CRM/back-office systems.

Reporting & Follow-through

- Own end-to-end follow-ups, ensuring every pending activity has a clear owner and timeline.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports covering onboarding, service requests and turnaround times for management review.





Qualifications

- CFP certification OR NISM Series V-A certification.
- Working knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and PMS.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong client communication and follow-up skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Finance background preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in client servicing, investment operations or relationship support in a wealth management firm, broking house, AMC, bank or distributor.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM/Back-office platforms.
