Shift: Day Shifts Only

Operational Window: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to handle customer queries and provide professional and efficient support through voice and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet defined KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.




- Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, voice, chat, or email support.
- BPO / call centre experience will be preferred.
- International call centre experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational day shifts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
