Eligibility

Graduate:

- 1–12 years of BPO Voice experience

HSC:

- 18 months–10 years of BPO Voice experience

Important: Freshers are not eligible for this opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve process targets such as SLA, KPI, AHT and RSAT.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
- Implement feedback and process updates effectively.
- Maintain professional communication while handling customer interactions.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior BPO Voice experience is mandatory.
- International Voice experience is preferred.




- Positive attitude and good team-player skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Versatile to work on weekends as per business requirements.

Shift Details

- Rotational / Night Shifts
- 9-hour shift
- 6 days working
- Weekends may be required as per business requirements

BPO1: Graduate + 12 months relevant experience Direct Operations

BPOZ: HSC / Undergraduate + 18–24 months relevant experience Direct Operations
