Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (CSE). The CSE will be the primary point of contact for the client's customers, responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule using MS Excel
- Preparation of shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Meeting Engineers and Project Managers for BBS approval.
- Regular site Visits to monitor cuts and bends.

Preparation of despatch sequence of TMT bars for the site.

Skills:

Should be able to read structural drawings related to residential buildings and industrial projects.

Good communication skills.

Education:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
