Position: CRM – Customer Relationship Manager

Experience: 3.5+ Years

Industry: PEB / Pre-Engineered Building

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Vadodara / Por

CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with clients from enquiry to order execution.
- Understand PEB products, drawings and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase and Project teams.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups and commercial coordination.
- Track order status, delivery schedules and client requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain regular client follow-up and develop long-term relationships.




- Support business development and repeat orders.

Requirements
- 3.5+ years of relevant CRM experience.
- PEB industry knowledge is mandatory.
- Mechanical Engineering background preferred/required.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of PEB processes and technical coordination.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
