Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive sales for FD, RD, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify current business opportunities by cross-selling products to existing customers.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to increase wallet share and product penetration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- 0-2 years of experience in CRM management or related field (Retail Lending).
