Job Opening – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Department: Sales & Customer Relations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with key/existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and account coordination.
- Coordinate POs, production, planning, quality and dispatch for timely order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Generate repeat business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and Accounts.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Required Skills




- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in CRM, Key Account Management, Sales Coordination or Customer Service.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Printing, Industrial Products or B2B Sales.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
