Customer-focused CRM professional with experience in customer relationship management, lead follow-up, customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and coordination with Sales & Service teams. Skilled in maintaining customer records, handling customer queries, tracking leads and follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.
- Track leads, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain CRM/DMS records and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor customer retention, repeat business, and service follow-ups.




- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and overall dealership performance.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM/customer service, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/DMS software.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills
