- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related requests.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
- Understand client requirements and ensure appropriate solutions are provided.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service.
- Handle client complaints, resolve issues, and manage escalations professionally.
- Maintain client records, databases, and follow-up reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Follow up with clients to improve retention and generate referrals.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and business development.
- Achieve assigned client relationship and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and feedback.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
