Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer communication and coordinate smoothly between customers, sales, production, dispatch, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.

- Coordinate customer orders with sales, production, and dispatch teams.

- Update customers on order status and delivery schedules.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid follow-up and coordination ability.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Malayalam and English required; Tamil is an advantage.

- Experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
