Position: CRM Manager We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented CRM Manager to lead our Customer Relationship Management function in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing CRM operations, customer relations, team handling, and Farvision ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete CRM operations and customer lifecycle.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure timely coordination with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and other departments.
- Monitor booking, allotment, demand letters, payments, receipts, possession, and related customer documentation.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in Farvision ERP.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all CRM-related data in Farvision.
- Generate and monitor CRM MIS reports, outstanding reports, customer statements, and management reports.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the CRM team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Establish and monitor CRM processes, SOPs, and service standards.




- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to senior management.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- 8 years of relevant experience in CRM, preferably with a real estate developer/builder.
- Farvision ERP experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of real estate CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM MIS/reporting.
- Ability to manage escalations and work under pressure.
- Strong coordination skills with multiple departments.
- Candidate should be immediately available to join.

Preferred Candidate Candidates currently working with real estate developers/builders and having strong hands-on experience in Farvision ERP will be preferred.
