About the Role

DoxPro Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, communication-oriented and responsible Customer Relationship Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining communication with students, colleges, clients and other stakeholders, handling follow-ups, coordinating activities and supporting the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with students, college faculty, clients and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Handle regular follow-ups regarding projects, internships, workshops, training programs and other company services.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with college representatives and students for workshops, internships, projects and placement activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up status and daily activity reports.
- Schedule meetings, calls and follow-ups with clients and college representatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Support the sales and business development team in lead generation and conversion activities.
- Follow up with leads and update their status regularly.




- Prepare basic reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly communication and follow-up targets.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate with students, faculty members and clients professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management will be an advantage.

- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
