We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.

FEMALE CANDIDATES / NIGHT SHIFT / INTERNATIONAL PROCESS / SALARY 25K-32K The ideal candidate will possess

- Strong background in outbound sales,
- Excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record in client conversion.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Canada.

-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.

-Engage potential clients through persuasive communication and effective sales techniques.

-Convert leads into clients by addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

-Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.

-Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a similar role,



preferably with a focus on the Canadian market.

- Communication Skills : Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Client Conversion : Proven track record of successful client conversion and achieving sales goals.

- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Adaptability : Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
