We are seeking a motivated intern to manage customer interactions and support our community engagement efforts across channels

Role Details

- Position: Consumer Relations Intern
- Location: Saki Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai (On-site / Full time)
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Stipend: INR 5,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact point across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, calls, and marketplaces.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a brand-aligned manner.




- Assist in managing customer communities and driving active participation.
- Route inbound leads to appropriate internal teams and assist with survey and feedback processes.
- Track consumer behavior trends and share operational feedback with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Skills and Attributes

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle daily customer communications.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment with efficient multitasking skills.
- Interest in consumer experience, community building, or FMCG/D2C operations.
