Experience: For CSE: Fresher & Experienced.
For telesales: 1yr experienced required.
Salary: For fresher: up to 18k ctc For experienced: up to 22k ctc
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily targets set by the company for call handling, sales conversion rates, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
