About the Role

Our client, a US-based manufacturer, is hiring a Customer Care Assistant for an offsite pilot team. You will coordinate between customers and internal teams (scheduling, shipping,



quality, order entry) and make sure every request is tracked and closed on time.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer emails on order status, delivery, expedites, schedule changes, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for status and completion dates, and follow up until resolved
- Create and update cases, log communications, and research orders in the ERP/CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Track open requests, escalate aging items, and generate customer reports
- Support Account Managers and Customer Care with email, case, and workflow tracking

Desired Profile

- ERP/CRM experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Strong English communication, detail-oriented, with positive follow-through
- Comfortable working US hours from a stable remote setup.
