We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professional and transparent communication with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week, with one rotational weekday off.
