- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong knowledge of scripting techniques to automate system tasks and streamline workflows.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting shell scripts in complex environments.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating shell scripts with other programming languages and tools.
- Understanding of system administration concepts to support software deployment and maintenance.
