Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer refines existing functionalities and contributes to the overall enhancement of the software ecosystem through up-to-date development methodologies and practices. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing components within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- In-depth understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to content management systems.
- Familiarity with integrating AEM with backend services and APIs to create dynamic and responsive user experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within AEM applications.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative and incremental software improvements.
