As a Curation Specialist, you will be the engine behind our Direct Sourcing solution. Unlike traditional high-volume staffing, your role is to act as a brand ambassador for our clients, managing a private talent cloud of pre-vetted professionals. You will transition from "searching for a needle in a haystack" to "cultivating the haystack" itself.

We are looking for a high-energy talent professional—ideally from an RPO or Staffing background —who understands the contingent labor landscape but is ready to move into a more strategic, candidate-centric curation model.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Cloud Management: Proactively build, segment, and nurture a dedicated private talent pool for specific client accounts.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a "white-glove" experience that reflects the client’s employer brand.
- Curation & Screening: Evaluate and vet candidates not just for technical skills, but for cultural fit and availability, ensuring "submission-ready" quality for hiring managers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, social media, and internal databases to attract top-tier contingent talent.
- Engagement & Re-deployment:



Maintain consistent communication with the talent community through newsletters, personalized outreach, and project updates to keep the pool "warm."
- Data Integrity: Ensure all candidate data and interactions are meticulously tracked within our VMS/ATS platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the contingent staffing industry (VMS, MSP, and payroll models).
- Recruitment Background: 3–6 years of experience in an RPO, Staffing Agency, or Corporate Talent Acquisition role.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—you must be comfortable being the "voice" of a global brand.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot from high-volume sourcing to high-touch relationship management.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern ATS/CRM systems and AI sourcing tools.
