CRM Software Handler

Manglish World Study Abroad & Immigration is looking for a CRM Software Handler to join our team in Thrissur.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and maintain the company CRM system.
- Assign leads to respective team members and monitor lead follow-ups.
- Ensure employees update customer details, follow-ups, and notes accurately in the CRM.
- Monitor CRM activities and prepare basic reports when required.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding CRM-related activities.
- Identify and report CRM issues or data inconsistencies.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and updated records.
- Provide basic assistance and guidance to employees in using the CRM.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
