- Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer data and CRM records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Dispatch and other departments.
- Track orders from booking to delivery and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, payments, deliveries and complaints.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide status updates.
- Record customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM and customer status reports.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication records.
- Support the sales team in customer retention and relationship management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
