Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update records in Zoho CRM.
- Maintain customer, school, teacher, distributor and retailer data.
- Import, clean and organize database records.
- Identify and correct duplicate or incomplete information.
- Manage lead allocation, status and follow-up updates.
- Create basic customer and lead segments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Telecalling and Marketing teams for data updates.
- Perform regular CRM data checks and maintenance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
