➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.

➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.

➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

Key skills for Client Relationship Management: Salary: Remuneration for this post should be under 15k to 20k. If you have big clients, CRM should stay at a maximum distance of 30-45 mins from the office. Most significant rule for MD - You have to sit with the CRM twice or thrice in a week to understand the client’s queries. Support them to retain your clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
