About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Developer who can take ownership of CRM development, integrations, automation workflows, and system optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and customizing CRM systems and integrating them with third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, or similar platforms.

- Build and manage CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom fields, workflows, and automation rules.

- Develop API and webhook-based integrations between CRM and third-party platforms.

- Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

- Integrate CRM with communication, marketing, sales, payment, scheduling, and other business platforms.

- Develop scripts and solutions using Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.

- Build automated data flows and ensure data synchronization across multiple systems.

- Develop dashboards and reports to track revenue, conversion, retention, churn, customer engagement, and other business KPIs.

- Troubleshoot CRM, integration,



and automation issues.

- Manage multiple CRM development and automation projects simultaneously.

- Work closely with business, sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM development/implementation.

- Strong experience with at least one CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, or similar.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms.

- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.

- Experience building business dashboards and reports.

- Ability to independently manage multiple workflows and projects.

- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
