Position: Cricket Coach

Location: Universal School, Chembur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct cricket coaching sessions for school students.
- Train students in batting, bowling, fielding, and basic cricket techniques.
- Develop age-appropriate training plans and practice sessions.
- Focus on improving students’ fitness, stamina, coordination, and overall game skills.
- Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement and provide individual guidance.
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions, tournaments, and matches.
- Conduct regular practice matches and assess student performance.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and sportsmanship during training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment for students.
- Coordinate with the school’s sports/PE department regarding training schedules and student progress.

Requirements:





- Strong knowledge and understanding of cricket.
- Previous experience as a Cricket Coach, Sports Coach, or Cricket Trainer.
- Experience coaching school students will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Passion for sports and developing young talent.
- Cricket coaching certification or relevant sports qualification will be an advantage.
