redit Controller – Telecalling & Collections
Job Summary:
Responsible for customer payment follow-ups, collection calls, and managing outstanding receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular calls to customers for pending payment follow-ups .
- Track outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Billing and KAM teams for payment-related issues.
- Maintain daily follow-up and collection MIS.
- Ensure timely collection and reduction of outstanding dues.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate overdue cases.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and telecalling skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
- Basic Excel/MIS knowledge.
- Target-oriented and persistent.
- Experience in collections, telecalling, credit control or accounts receivable preferred.
