Overview The Creator Agent will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with content creators across various platforms. This role involves negotiating contracts, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring that creators' needs and expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for emerging talent, a strong understanding of digital media trends, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities





● Identify and reach out to potential creators who align with the company's vision and goals.

● Evaluate creators' content, engagement metrics, and potential for brand partnerships.

● Act as the primary point of contact for creators, provide guidance and support to creators to help them grow their platforms and audiences.

● Negotiate contracts and agreements with creators, ensuring fair terms and compliance with company policies.

● Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

● Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

● 8+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields.

● Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.

● Strong organizational and project management skills.
