About the Role

We are looking for a creative writer with an advertising agency background and excellent Hindi and English writing skills. The ideal candidate should transform client briefs into original campaign ideas, compelling copy and engaging scripts across advertising platforms. Designation and responsibilities will depend on experience and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, slogans and brand narratives.
- Write Hindi and English copy for print advertisements, outdoor campaigns, digital advertisements, social media, websites and brochures.
- Create scripts, dialogue, voiceovers and on-screen text for advertising films, corporate videos, explainers and radio spots.
- Adapt communication between languages while preserving meaning, emotion and cultural relevance.
- Prepare concept notes and content for pitches, presentations, events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with designers, client servicing teams and video production teams.
- Research brands and audiences, refine copy, incorporate feedback and manage deadlines.
- Present creative ideas confidently to teams and clients.




- Senior candidates should independently lead creative assignments and guide junior writers.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–10 years of relevant creative writing or copywriting experience.
- Previous experience working in an advertising agency.
- Excellent Hindi and English writing, editing and proofreading skills, including Hindi in Devanagari.
- Extensive knowledge of both ChatGPT and Claude, with practical expertise in prompting, research, ideation, script development and copy refinement.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, verify information and maintain originality, accuracy and brand voice.
- Solid conceptual thinking, storytelling, attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating work in both languages.

Qualifications A relevant degree or diploma is preferred; proven creative ability and agency experience are essential.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
